Who we are
Vettore is an information technology company based in Kissimmee, Florida, providing custom software development, managed infrastructure and information security services to businesses in Central Florida.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record basic technical context about the visit, such as the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign parameters present in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our business relationship. If you become a client, we use your contact details to deliver and support the services you have engaged us for.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our own systems — such as hosting, database and email delivery providers — and only to the extent required to run those systems, or where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the business opportunity, and client records for as long as required by our contractual and accounting obligations.
Security
Access to your information is restricted at the database level, transmitted over encrypted connections, and reviewed as part of the same internal security process we apply to the systems we build for clients.
Requesting access or deletion
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to adriano.amorin@vettore.io and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.
