Who we are

Vettore is an information technology company based in Kissimmee, Florida, providing custom software development, managed infrastructure and information security services to businesses in Central Florida.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record basic technical context about the visit, such as the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign parameters present in the link you followed.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our business relationship. If you become a client, we use your contact details to deliver and support the services you have engaged us for.

AI-assisted processing

When you submit our contact form, we use an AI service provider to help us categorize your inquiry and to summarize publicly available information about your company. For this we send your company name, the domain of your email address and the message you wrote. We do not send your name, email address or phone number. The provider processes this data on our behalf to return the result to us.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads measurement (gtag.js) to understand how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have already visited vettore.io. When you visit any page on this site, that script loads and Google stores a cookie or a similar identifier in your browser, and records the pages you view, the address you came from and basic information about your device. Google uses this to report ad performance to us and to display our ads on Google and across the web.

We do not pass your name, email address or phone number to Google, and we do not use this tag to identify you personally. You can stop this advertising cookie at any time through Google ad settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, and you can also block cookies in your browser. Opting out does not remove records you created by contacting us.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our own systems — such as hosting, database, email delivery and AI service providers — and only to the extent required to run those systems, or where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the business opportunity, and client records for as long as required by our contractual and accounting obligations.

Security

Access to your information is restricted at the database level, transmitted over encrypted connections, and reviewed as part of the same internal security process we apply to the systems we build for clients.

Requesting access or deletion

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@vettore.io and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to keep records we are legally required to retain.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
